Board Steamrail Victoria's evening transfer train for the journey to Melbourne.

Their steam locomotives will storm Warrenheip Bank and head towards Melbourne via Gheringhap. Travel via the freight only line from Ballarat to Geelong, featuring the 440 metre Moorabool Viaduct, historic bluestone stations and bridges and changing landscapes from the golden plains to the heavily forested sections near Lal Lal.

Make use of the V/Line services between Melbourne and Ballarat to connect with their one way steam hauled transfer train.

Experience regional travel, 1920s style.
