This series is hosted by Dr Phil Roberts OAM with guest speaker Richard Nicholson

This talk will examine the recent renovation of Her Majesty's Theatre and explore the challenges, rewards and outcomes for the community that accompany transformational change to a treasured Heritage Building in the heart of the City of Ballarat.

Richard Nicholson, Director, Nicholson Construction. Richard is the fourth generation of the Nicholson family to serve on the board. Richard has been a Director since 1998 and is a qualified Civil Engineer specialising in structural engineering.

Since joining Nicholson Construction, Richard has been pivotal in growing the company from a locally-based contracting firm in Ballarat, to a major commercial construction company completing projects across the State of Victoria.

He is a proactive leader with a particular focus on corporate governance and risk management, and is committed to community engagement.
