Provenance: A Celebration of Western Victoria

Across two events Salt Kitchen, Itinerant Spirits and Black Kite Commune come together for a four-course menu showcasing Salt Kitchen's award-winning charcuterie, thoughtfully paired with cocktails by Black Kite Commune using Itinerant Spirits.

Hosted by Tayla Kendall, alongside Michael Nunn, James Fairlie and Jess Clayfield each event explores provenance, craftsmanship and the stories behind every course and pairing.

Whether you're a spirits enthusiast, passionate about local produce or simply enjoy a memorable meal with great company, Provenance is a chance to experience three Victorian makers around one table.
