The 2026 Ballarat Wine Show Presentation Dinner is guaranteed to dazzle the palates of all who attend.
Trophy winning wines from the 2025 Wine Show including a Blanc de Blancs sparkling from Ballarat and a Lagrein from Avoca will be matched with a five-course degustation menu designed by Liam Downes, owner and chef at Black Cat Truffles, assisted by Masterchef alumnus Tim Bone.
Regional and seasonal produce will be the focus of the plates and diners will experience a spectrum of culinary backgrounds from the contemporary flavours of a dessert designed to accompany a Sparkling Shiraz to a 170 year old recipe for a local classic - bullboars.
