The trophy winning wines from the 2026 Ballarat Wine Show are announced at Ballarat's premier wine and food event .

A five-course degustation menu is matched with trophy winning wines from the previous year's Wine Show. The menu showcases regional and seasonal produce and the event is attended by winemakers and bon vivants alike.
