Kilderkin Distillery's highland bramble lamb pie is inspired by childhood memories in Scotland and stirred by the similar climate and produce of the Ballarat region. Bramble gin-infused lamb, blackberries, a touch of honey and Scottish herbs and spices are encased in a shortcrust pastry and accompanied with minted pea mash and a drizzle of gravy.
