Step into the rich, warming world of bourbon this April.

Enjoy an evening dedicated to one of whisky's most characterful styles. From smooth, mellow pours to bold, full-bodied drams, they will guide you through a curated lineup of five standout bourbons, each chosen to showcase the depth, complexity, and craftsmanship that make bourbon so compelling.

Whether you're just beginning your whisky journey or you've long appreciated a well-made dram, this tasting promises something special. Expect an engaging, relaxed atmosphere where you can explore flavour, compare expressions, and deepen your understanding of what sets each bourbon apart.

On the night, you'll enjoy Four Roses Small Batch, Eagle Rare 10 Year Old, Russell's Reserve Single Barrel, Weller 12 Year Old Elijah Craig Barrel Proof.

Each whisky will be paired with thoughtful snacks to enhance the experience and elevate every sip.

If you appreciate great whisky, good company, and discovering something new in your glass, this is an evening not to miss.

Acknowledgement of Country

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
