The Shared Table, in the heart of Buninyong, is hosting Spring Harvest, an interactive dining event celebrating the season and the people who grow, raise and create exceptional produce across the region.

This special five course dinner brings together the thoughtful cooking of owner and head chef Dianne Ray, regional producers Ben from Meredith Wines and Olivia from Wedgetail Farmstead, and the warm, relaxed hospitality that defines The Shared Table. Guests can enhance their experience with wine pairings from Meredith Wines, carefully selected to complement each delicious dish. Ben will be joining guests throughout the evening, sharing his knowledge of the wines and the stories behind them. The Spring Harvest also shines a light on Wedgetail Farmstead, a valued supplier and friend of the restaurant. Olivia, owner, cheesemaker and goat herder, will share stories from the farm and offer insight to their goat's milk products.

With an open kitchen and welcoming atmosphere, The Spring Harvest invites guests to meet the makers, discover the flavours of spring and enjoy an evening of good food, wine, conversation and connection.

Acknowledgement of Country

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
