Tickets include a gin and tonic or vodka and soda on arrival, and a guided tasting of their four house spirits: Gallivanter Gin, Vansetter Vodka, New-Make Wayfarer Whiskey, Vansetter Coffee Liqueur

A behind-the-scenes distillery tour covering the gin, vodka, and whiskey-making processes, plus the story of Itinerant Spirits and their two bold spirit brands. Discover information on the history of the 1860s Goods Shed, Ballarat's whisky heritage, and Western Victoria's rich food bowl.

Over the course of the session hear the ring of copper. Smell the heart of the distillation cut and most importantly, taste why the proof of their spirits is found not just in the bottle, but in the journey itself.
