This spring, join them for a rare culinary and wine experience as Meredith Wines takes the spotlight at Seasons in the Glass, hosted at Black Cat Truffles.

The event will provide a six-course degustation menu, each course expertly matched with a Meredith wine. From delicate herbs and just-picked vegetables to small-producer proteins, every dish is crafted to celebrate the abundance of our region—while each glass of Meredith brings the story of the vineyard to life.

As part of the experience, guests will also be the very first to taste a brand-new Meredith Wines release, unveiled exclusively at this event and poured alongside a curated line-up of our finest vintages.

Set against the serene backdrop of the truffière, this is more than a meal—it's an immersive journey through flavour, craft, and seasonality, guided by the wines of Meredith.

Acknowledgement of Country

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
