Contemporary pop-indie-folk storyteller Sadie Mustoe is coming to Ballarat, delivering twisting melodies that will draw you into a world of magical realism.

The Queenscliff Music Festival's Foot-in-the-Door 2022 winner, Sadie creates something organic that could be the soundtrack for any modern fantasy story - full of colour, epic sounds and evocative lyrics.

After a five-month university exchange in England, she released her first 2024 single Power In This World, engaging her TikTok followers by sharing the entire recording journey as she travelled Europe. The song has since gained 21,000 streams on Spotify. She followed this with the success of her second 2024 single, I Find You Interesting, played on Triple J Unearthed radio.

Her latest single White Flag sees Sadie use her unique chords on guitar, experimental techniques on violin and enchanting voice alongside her incredible band of top Melbourne musicians to create something entirely unique and new.

She is the up-and-coming Australian artist to keep your eyes on and now she is performing live at Kilderkin Distillery.

Rated in the top five live music venues by the Australian Good Food Guide, Kilderkin Distillery offers the perfect venue for live and intimate performances of folk music. With award winning spirits, light meals, craft beer, wine and soft drinks available at bar prices, you'll love your Spirited Session at Kilderkin.

Acknowledgement of Country

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
