Join Helen Jolley at Bloomin Fresh Beaufort for a native inspired floral crown making demonstration as part of the Beaufort 'Dreaming Together' long weekend & Central Highlands Forage and Feast program.

Helen supplies Bloomin Fresh with native bunches of flowers and dried flower wreaths throughout the year. Her flowers are popular with locals and travellers alike. Helen also hosts workshops, sharing her flower craft with others.

Light local and Australian native inspired sample refreshments will be available throughout the day catered by Chef Anjal of Magnolia Restaurant.

Horticulturalist Amy will have a native plant display, showcasing local and endemic plants in the region. She will be on hand for any questions and advice.

Followed by weaving demonstrations by Nunkeri Kreations and members of Peridak Art Gallery.
