Living with inner peace is not something you have to wait for. It is something you can actively cultivate every day. The mind has incredible power. It can create stress and unease, or it can support a life filled with stability, joy, and meaning.

In this course, inspired by Buddha's teachings, you will explore how to gently transform unhelpful habits of thought and develop the inner qualities that allow peace to flourish. When you nurture calm and clarity within, you bring more harmony into your relationships, your work, and every moment of your life.

In a fast moving world, learning to live from a place of inner peace is one of the greatest gifts you can offer yourself and those around you.

Join this uplifting talk and discover practical, compassionate methods to create a peaceful and positive mind, from the inside out.

Acknowledgement of Country

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
