Participants can book solo where each person works with their own still creating and distilling their own gin ($185), or can book as a duo where two friends or family members work together creating and distilling one gin to share ($235)

Ever thought about distilling your own bottle of gin? Then this three hour session is created especially for you.

Participants receive a welcome drink on arrival, followed by a guided gin tasting exploring different botanicals to assist in selecting their own botanicals to create a unique gin. Once the botanicals are selected you will work under guidance with a small 2.5 litre still to carefully craft your gin, before tasting and bottling and labeling it to take home. You'll also get a gin and tonic (or soda) for you made with your gin to enjoy along with a cheese platter featuring local cheeses.

All participants also enjoy 10% off any takeaway purchases on the day. This is not a gin blending class but rather one where you truly create and distil your gin.
