Take your pick from more than 35 savoury and sweet pies at some of the city’s top cafes, restaurants and bakeries.
On the menu at the Boatshed Restaurant is a fig, rosemary & duck pie served with broccolini, dutch carrots and snow peas.
Crafted by chef Stephen Burns, this pie was born from an unexpected abundance of ripe figs and rosemary in his garden.
Wanting to honour these beautiful ingredients, Stephen paired the produce with premium local duck from Luv-a-Duck.
The result is a perfectly balanced pie – sweet, savoury and deeply comforting.
