On the menu at the Market Hotel is a classic beef & Guinness pie.
Think succulent slow-braised Waubra Prime grass-fed beef infused with the deep caramelised notes of Guinness and wrapped in a golden, flaky pastry.
Cooked by chef Robin Singh, the pie comes served with creamy mash potatoes and seasoned peas.
