Enjoy a slice of Ballarat this August with the return of Ballarat’s Best Pie competition.
Take your pick from more than 35 savoury and sweet pies at some of the city’s top cafes, restaurants and bakeries.
On the menu at Hideaway is smoked brisket bourguignon pie.
A rich bourguignon made with Rebellion Barbecue's signature smoked brisket, encased in traditional hot water pastry base, topped with inverted golden puff pastry, finished with a sprinkle of sea salt and accompanied with a tangy relish.
