This event was designed to bring world class quality jazz music to Ballarat.

Billy Hinde is a homegrown Ballarat Musician who has played with many great big bands around Victoria including the Melbourne Youth Jazz Orchestra, JazzLab Orchestra, Seb Big Band and has recently been a featured soloist for many local groups including the Moorabool Light Orchestra, Ballarat Arts Foundation and Royal South Street Society.
