A week after the Melbourne Fringe Festival wraps, Fringe Encore: Ballarat will bring a stellar line-up of independent artists to regional Victoria for four days of surprising art this spring.
The program includes a mix of regional exclusives, returning favourites and hand-picked Melbourne Fringe highlights, unfolding across Ballarat from 22-25 October.
Ballarat will host the world premiere of One Fell Swoop Circus' Degustation, an ambitious collision of circus and cuisine.
Throughout the show, audiences enjoy five courses created with chef Shu Liu of SHU Restaurant (a Sichuan-inspired kitchen in Collingwood).
This is a celebration of sensation where the meal and the acrobatics shape each other, course by course.
