Taking its name from the Tukidale sheep, Tuki is a 1500-acre working farm, steeped in history where four generations of the Jones family have farmed for over 170 years. Located on the top of a hill with 100 kilometre uninterrupted views of the Daylesford Macedon region, Tuki is a picturesque and rural setting that offers a truly memorable dining experience.

Enjoy seasonally curated menus by chef Julian Robertshaw whose culinary skills showcase the best of the property's produce. They have an extensive wine list showcasing beautiful wines from the region along with bespoke cocktails and stunning local gins.

Tuki takes pride in nurturing their own native pasture-fed lamb and spring water trout while a comprehensive vegetable garden and egg producing chickens further provide the best sustainable and ethically grown produce for the restaurant.

During the day, the sunlit restaurant offers breath-taking views and by night, guests enjoy the ever-changing colours of the sunset.

The seasonal lunch a la carte menu is available from Wednesday to Sunday. Their Tasting degustation menu is available on Fridays and Saturdays.

Acknowledgement of Country

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
