Cyril Callister Vegemite Museum: The man who invented Vegemite

The Cyril Callister Vegemite Museum celebrates the life, work and legacy of Dr Cyril Callister, the Australian scientist who invented Vegemite in 1923.

The museum makes its home in a repurposed 1950s service station. See photos, posters, vintage ads and memorabilia that include a WWII Australian Army ration tin, Vegemite jars and collectibles from across 100 years and even a Vegemite-inspired dress created for the Miss Australia.
