The Doll Trilogy giveaway

Thanks to Her Majesty's Theatre, we're giving away a luxury Ballarat getaway worth over $1000.

The prize package includes:

  • a double pass to see The Doll Trilogy – The Complete Series at Her Majesty's Theatre on Saturday 20 June, plus four themed Doll Trilogy cocktails created by Itinerant Spirits
  • one night's accommodation in Hotel Vera's Sandon Suite on Saturday 20 June (including breakfast)
  • an Itinerant Spirits Distillery Experience, a cheese and charcuterie platter showcasing local produce from Salt Kitchen Charcuterie and Goldfields Farmhouse Cheese, plus a Gallivanter Gin gift pack

For the first time in 40 years, Red Stitch is presenting the entire Doll Trilogy back-to-back in a single day by one ensemble.

From the playful romance of Kid Stakes in 1937, through the war-shadowed years of Other Times, to the shattering finale of Summer of the Seventeenth Doll in 1953, these plays embody idealism, disappointment, and resilience against the backdrop of a rapidly changing Australia.

If you missed Red Stitch’s extended, sold-out Melbourne season of The Doll Trilogy, now’s your chance to experience these landmark plays in a stunning heritage city in the grandeur of Her Majesty's Theatre Ballarat.

You've got to be in it to win it, so fill out the form below to enter!

But get in quick because this competition closes Thursday 11 June at 4pm.

Acknowledgement of Country

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities. These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years. As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
