Rebecca is a self-taught cook and has worked with some of the world’s best food producers, academics, activists, and chefs. She is also a food curator, sustainable living advocate and entrepreneur having recently founded Australian Native wellbeing brand Warndu with her partner Damien.
As an eco-agronomist, activist, food writer, and urban farmer, Rebecca is passionate about heritage, preserving traditions, and passing on a wealth of granny skills to future generations.
Masterclass is hosted by Rebecca in the state of the art demonstration kitchen, includes recipes, tastings and refreshments.
