Pack your favourite drinks and nibbles, and get ready to let your creativity shine!

In this creative and interactive workshop, you will have the opportunity to paint your own vase. You will then make your own dried flower arrangement to complete your project.

Start your experience with a walk-through of Ivy&Coco’s inner-city boho retail space and studio. Brimming with indoor plants, dried flowers, and colourful wares, the studio provides the ideal setting to paint and decorate your own ceramic vase.

Learn how to apply different paints on various mediums and gain an understanding of how colours and patterns evoke different emotions. Then use your own intuition, favourite colour palettes or your unleashed creativity to paint a vase that you can take home and display proudly.

Pack your favourite drinks and nibbles, and get ready to let your creativity shine!

What’s included:

Each participant will paint their own ceramic vase (15.5cm (H)) and have access to selected dried flowers to complete their project; Access to painting tools and materials in the studio, including quality paints, brushes and an apron. You will also have access to floral supplies and flowers to assist you to create your arrangement.

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities.

These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years.

As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
