A journey back in time to the way you used to eat, with a gourmet twist. Hand made Tuki lamb sausages in bread, patties from organic beef with homemade relish and organic home grown vegetables, freshly caught trout fillets with hand cut chips from locally potatoes with house made tartare sauce. Lamington cake and chantilly cream. All served with some local lemonade and beer.
Local producers showcased: Tuki Produce, Goldfields Farmhouse Cheese and Rebellion Brewery.
