What is Kangatraining ?
Kangatraining is a babywearing dance based postnatal workout program, designed specifically for postnatal mums.
Kangatraining is unique in that babies are an integral part of the workout and they spend most of their time close to mum in a supportive baby carrier such as the Manduca.
We know that mums have different fitness levels and different physical limitations (eg diastasis recti, pubic symphysis pain, coccyx pain, etc), and all exercises can be modified to suit these different needs.
It is a gentle and safe workout that focuses on restrengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, all while having a fun and relaxed time with other mums.
What is Kangatraining?
It’s a safe and fun postnatal workout you can do with your baby.
But it’s so much more.
?Every exercise has been designed to strengthen your body post pregnancy and birth.
?♀️Our instructors are trained to adapt the workout according to your needs and fitness levels.
?You dance with your baby and your friends but coordination is not required!
? Your baby will love the class as much as you.
