Every Friday and Saturday night Johnny Alloo Head Chef Andy Gale takes the best of the seasonal produce he can get his hands on and serves up dinner in their very beautiful Japanese inspired Maple Lane garden. Andy made a name for himself at the acclaimed Duchess of Spotswood in Melbourne and continues to create ever changing evening menus that could include terrines, char-grilled octopus with an olive oil and native herb sauce, super succulent grilled lamb rump with marjoram jus and crisp garlic and potatoes drizzled with sauce gribiche.
