See truffle dogs Narla and Harry in action, harvest truffles and sample some delightful truffle products with tips on how to get the best from your truffle.
Then shuffle off to Craig’s Royal Hotel Ballarat, for a three course truffle themed lunch using fresh black cat truffles. Shannon’s menu will showcase the rich flavors of this unique ingredient.
Includes all the day’s activities and a three course truffle infused lunch served with a complimentary wine. Starting at 10:30am with an approximate finish at 2:30pm to 3:00pm.
