Fairies in the Garden at Frolic Festival

Come and Frolic in the Ballarat Community Garden. The Ballarat Community Garden is a place to connect, grow, and learn.

Join a tour of the garden and an exclusive gardening workshop, before you indulge in some freshly made pizzas from the stone pizza oven on site.

There are limited spots, so get in quick. Kids under 10 years of age have free entry but must RSVP.

Make sure you dress for the weather – coats if it’s cooler, sunscreen and a hat if it’s sunny. Pending a snow blizzard, this event will still go ahead. Therefore no refunds will be issued.

Note: This will be a sensory-friendly event with no loud music or flashing lights.

The Ballarat Frolic Festival is an annual pride celebration of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer and asexual (LGBTIQA+) regional arts and culture. It runs for a full week and has plenty of events for everyone – all welcome.

Ballarat Frolic Festival envisage an inclusive Ballarat and surrounds where LGBTIQA+ people feel safe, connected, and proud; the broader community is welcoming; and our contributions to art, culture, and the community are celebrated.
