Ever wanted to brew your own beer….on a commercial brewery?
Come and spend a day with Aunty Jacks team where you will produce 1000 L of wort and start the fermentation process. While we’re brewing we’ll discuss some science of the process emphasising where all the flavours come from. To finish the day you will underdo some taste testing, followed by a cleansing pint. The team will finish the beer and keg it off, ready for the launch 4-6 weeks later.
Ideal for corporate events, team building activities or a friends gathering.
Duration is 1 day (5 hours).
Brew 1000L wort in a day, discuss the process and science of brewing and an introduction to tasting and evaluating beer.
Provided on the day is morning coffee, lunch, tasting session of AJ’s beers, cleansing pint. Free pint of your beer at the launch (typically 4-6 weeks after production).
