In each class a different aspect of meditation and Buddhism is explained. You can drop in any week. Classes begin with a simple guided breathing meditation followed by a teaching and a second guided meditation based on the topic. There is an opportunity for discussion, followed by refreshments.
At a Clear and Happy Mind, discover the Buddhist psychology for controlling the mind. Learn scientific methods for developing inner peace and enjoying true happiness by developing the capacity of your mind. Class dates July 9, 16, 23.
At the Art of Acceptance overcome anger, frustration and painful emotions. Respond to problems with positivity. Discover true inner peace in the face of life’s difficulties. Class dates July 30, August 6, 13, 20.
At the Art of Self-Confidence, develop a positive self-view, overcome negative thinking patterns that destroy self-esteem, and live a confident, happy life. Class dates August 27, September 3, 10, 17.
No meditation experience is necessary, the classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
