Join Brigid from Saltbush Kitchen for an intimate class on Australian bushfoods. Brigid will take you on a culinary adventure in Australian bushfoods including wattleseed, kunzea, aniseed myrtle and quondong.
You will learn how to easily incorporate bushfoods into your own kitchen and receive recipes and helpful tips from Brigid. The class involves lots tasting sharing of foods. The class is held in the delightful atmospheric Saltbush Kitchen store and runs from 2:00 to 4:30pm.
