Apex Bloom’s debut album is here! To celebrate the release of ‘Yesterday A Universe Away’ the band will be playing a special one off show at Ballarat’s famous Volta. The night will see the band take on the album & new material under incredible light projections. This night is not to be missed as the Ballarat locals shakes the foundations of the old YMCA swimming pool.
Apex Bloom has been building their debut album for the past four years. The group’s psychedelic influences shine through as echoes of Pink Floyd & the Beatles give this album a classic feel among the more modern influences such as Ball Park Music & Gang Of Youths. ‘Yesterday’s A Universe Away’ was recorded at Newmarket Studios moments before the world went into lockdown. As always the band persevered and came through with an album about choosing love in crazy world.
