Afternoon Jazz and Wine Tasting for Frolic Festival

Come Join in for a relaxing afternoon of jazz and wine tasting at Uptown Bar.

Talented locals Sarah Hirst (vocals) and Michael Brown (guitar) will be performing a collection of songs by LGBTIQA+ singers and songwriters.

Accomplished pianist, Akasha will be tickling the ivories in between.

It will be a sophisticated afternoon affair not to be missed.

Please note: This venue is wheelchair accessible.

This is a licensed venue so anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The Ballarat Frolic Festival is an annual pride celebration of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer and asexual (LGBTIQA+) regional arts and culture. It runs for a full week and has plenty of events for everyone – all welcome.

The event envisage an inclusive Ballarat and surrounds where LGBTIQA+ people feel safe, connected, and proud; the broader community is welcoming; and their contributions to art, culture, and the community are celebrated.
