Located on historic Lydiard Street in the heart of Ballarat, The Lane precinct offers a cafe, bars, club, numerous event spaces and a restaurant and pizzeria for guests to enjoy.

The Lane Cafe is a modern city style venue full of energy and passion. This walk up street cafe offers locals and visitors the choice to either eat in or grab a coffee or lunch on the run. Open seven days of the week.

On Friday and Saturday nights, The Lane turns Cider Bar. Offering refreshing beverages, meals from the casual dining menu in The Heritage Bar and Restaurant and live acoustic entertainment. The Lounge is Ballarat’s most popular nightclub operating each Friday and Saturday night from 11pm until late.

The Lane Restaurant is located towards the end of The Lane and offers stylish, casual family dining in a welcoming environment. The innovative seasonal menu offers an extensive range of dishes for all foodies to explore.

Host your event in one of the many event spaces or utilise The Lane Private Dining Room for that special occasion dinner for smaller groups.
