As well as making modern ales, the beers in Red Duck’s regular range are similar to many other craft beers, but are one of the very few breweries that does not filter or use any artificial chemicals in the brewing process.
Red Duck Micro-Brewery hand bottle and do not pasteurise their beers, with a final fermentation in the bottle (or keg) which ensures a very long shelf life for their beers.
