Prospect Cottage is a beautifully renovated miners cottage located in Ballarat’s oldest suburb, rich in history and the birth place of Ballarat’s Gold rush.

Prospect Cottage is situated within walking distance of the popular Sovereign Hill and Ballarat Wildlife Park with all Ballarat’s top attractions just a few minutes away.

Fur-guests (dogs only) are welcome.

The bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed with feather and down doona for the perfect nights sleep. There’s plenty of robe storage and smart TV, ceiling fan and plantation shutters.

From the outside the cottage looks quaint and cozy. Large double doors open into a modern fully fitted kitchen complete with large 90cm electric oven and gas cooktop. The kitchen is complete with all the essentials. The Bathroom has a large walk in shower with luxurious Salus toiletries complete with underfloor heating for the colder months.

The lounge has a smart television, board games, books, super-comfortable sofa-bed with a decorative nod to Ballarat and the Gold Mining era.

The backyard is the perfect place to gather around the large outdoor dining table under the festoon lights for a barbeque or a safe and secure place to leave your pet if you venture out for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
