Situated on the first floor on the corner of Sturt and Errard Streets, one of Ballarat’s beautiful tree lined street scape.

The building was privately owned and known as Linden. Construction commenced in 1895 being completed at the turn of the century, the building still retains many of the beautiful unique architectural features of the period yet offers modern up to date facilities.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite bench tops, full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven with five burner cooktop. All cooking and eating utensils are provided along with a coffee pod machine, toaster and iron.
