Lola offers stylish, European inspired dining. The menu is seasonally driven and highlights the regions best locally sourced produce.
The 55 seat dining room provides a relaxed and elegant dining experience, beautifully styled in their signature hotel design.
Head Chef Shaun Thomson brings his experience to Lola, having worked alongside Peter Gilmore (Quay, Sydney), Neil Perry (Rockpool, Melbourne) and Peter Kuruvita (Flying Fish, Fiji) . Shaun is passionate about working closely with local producers to present a delicious menu reflecting the gems of the local Ballarat region.
Lola’s wine list has been created by former Ballarat boy and now owner of the hugely successful “Blackhearts & Sparrows” boutique wine stores across Australia – Paul Ghaie, and in consultation with local winemaker and sommelier Troy Walsh. The wine list focuses on the finest natural and regionally sourced wines.
