Menus have been specially created by acclaimed Melbourne chef, Ian Curley, and feature European style classics carefully executed a by dedicated team of chefs under the direction of head chef Shannon Easton.
Craig’s Gallery dining is a showcase of the finest local produce of Ballarat and surrounding regions and with an extensive cellar of fine aged wines to accompany great dining.
Private dinners are also particularly special in the rustic Bluestone Cellar or one of the more formal Victorian dining rooms.
