On the main street of Creswick, just 15 minutes from Ballarat and Daylesford, DidiMish dessert bar create magical desserts; fresh ice cream, handmade chocolates, choc dipped fudge and marshmallows.

With no preservatives or artificial flavours and vegan options; they’re great for sharing, if they last long enough!

Regional Victoria born and bred, the DidiMish dessert bar product range is unique featuring local fruits, berries and dairy sourced from small scale farms.

Stepping inside, you can smell the ice cream, it’s like stepping into an ice cream parlour of days gone by.

There is a hint of the scent of chocolate wafting through the air from the organic couverture which is made into animal shapes and fruit and ganache filled bon bons. The range includes options for most dietary requirements with a range of sorbets with flavours changing dependent on the season. All bon bons are available in a dairy based and vegan option.

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities.

These lands have been nurtured and cared for over tens of thousands of years and we respect the work of Traditional Custodians for their ongoing care and protection.

We recognise the past injustices against Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in this country. As our knowledge grows, we hope that we can learn from their resilience and creativity that has guided them for over 60,000 years.

As we invite people to visit and explore Victoria’s Midwest, we ask that alongside us, you also grow to respect the stories, living culture and connection to Country of the Ancestors and Elders of our First Peoples.
