del Rios is a family-owned, vineyard, winery, restaurant, and tasting room established in 1996 on the slopes of an extinct volcano, Mt Anakie.
It is in their restaurant where the family philosophy of great wine, food, and friends comes together in a wonderful setting only a 20-minute drive from Geelong. Thei boast indoor and outdoor dining with fabulous sweeping views of our vineyard with rolling hills as a backdrop.
Their kitchen showcases the best of the estate and local seasonal produce, blending both contemporary and traditional Spanish cuisine. On the estate, they farm both Scottish Black Angus beef and Texel Friesian cross lamb. Just like with their wine, their ability to control the entire process allows them to produce excellent meat texture and taste in an environmentally friendly manner.
The dining experience is unique offering the free-range pasture-fed beef and lamb on the menu curated to complement their extensive and award-winning del Rios wine portfolio. The tapas-style menu is designed to be shared between family and friends.
