Casa Da Familia Ballarat, The Family Home, is a beautifully restored 1920’s Spanish Mission home located in Ballarat Central. The house has been architecturally renovated and extended to provide all the luxury mod-cons whilst paying homage to its beautiful period heritage.

The property is located on Dana Street, within walking distance to the CBD, cafes and restaurants, the Arts and Theatre Precinct, Lake Wendouree, Ballarat Hospital and Ballarat Central Station.

The front of Casa Ballarat retains it’s original charm and includes an inviting entry and vestibule, four bedrooms, modern bathroom both with soaking bath and separate powder room.

The modern expansive extension at the rear is the main living and entertaining zone.

A large open plan kitchen has an over-sized preparation bench that is the heart of the house. The kitchen is very well equipped for keen entertainers.

There is also an additional bathroom with a soaking bath, a separate powder room and study nook.

The Laundry facilities are located at the back of the house. The lock-up garage has direct entry through the butler’s pantry with access off Lyons Street South.

Casa Da Familia offer two outdoor entertaining areas, one has a large dining table and sparkling festoon lights for an evening under the stars, the other perfect for a cuppa in the morning sun.

Casa Da Familia is a pet-friendly home.
