On Friday and Saturday nights, they will be offering an a la carte menu that their chefs have curated to showcase local produce alongside ingredients from their very own garden, all while maintaining an emphasis on cooking with fire.

Across Victoria’s Midwest, we acknowledge that we travel across the ancient landscapes of many First Peoples communities.
