The Ballarat Visitor Information Centre is one of Victoria's leading Level One Accredited Visitor Information Centre. It is supported by a team of professional and dedicated staff and volunteers who are passionate about Ballarat. They are committed to helping you achieve memorable experiences by providing quality customer service in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Servicing up to 200 000 visitors per year, the Centre provides a range of innovative and exciting services such as:
- Accommodation Booking Service
- Public Internet kiosk
- Stroller and mountain bike hire
- Issuing of Miner's Rights
- Eureka Pass (two-day attractions pass)
- See Melbourne and Beyond Smartvisit Card
- Self-drive tours and itineraries
The Eureka Centre's retail shop carries an exciting and varied range of Australian made merchandise for sale, as well as practical items such as maps, caps and sunscreen. With a strong emphasis on showcasing quality locally product, you are sure to find a unique memento or that special gift.
The Ballarat Visitor Information Centre offers a free accommodation referral service. Our professional staff and friendly volunteers will happily provide assistance in finding accommodation throughout Ballarat, the Goldfields region and along the Great Southern Touring Route.
